Centre of Tai Lue Cultural established at Wat Yuan  in 1993 . Phrakhru Supat Phromkul, the abbot of Wat Yuan would like to the weaving group in the village moved to weaving in Wat Yuan in order to preserve and study of the weaving. During that time, Mrs. Laddawan Wongsriwong, government spokesman for Prime Minister Anan Panyarachun period , who is Ban Yuan hometown .She  supported Centre of Tai Lue Cultural and helped to request the budget from the Tourism Authority of Thailand in the amount of 3 millions baht  for building  the museum. The most exhibit objects are from older people in the community. Almost 10 years ,the  Centre of Tai Lue Cultural was closed  because of lacking of official supervision. It just reopened on 25 January 2012 by Ajan Hathaithip Choesa-art who is Volunteer and tour leader   . Ajan Hathaithip Choesa-art spent her available time after her retirement to take care of Centre of Tai Lue Cultural . Because of lacking of supervision for a while , villagers had came to fix the doors ,windows, lights and re-decoration . However, it  is still lacking of glass cabinets and knowledge of preservation . Ajan Hathaithip Choesa-art   has cooperation with the Chiang Kham Municipality and the Tai Lue Association to take care of the center. Centre of Tai Lue Cultural is a cultural and art exhibition center and a Vocational training center .Thai Lue fabric has beautiful patterns and colors such as Dok Kho Kreo  pattern, Dok Kho pattern, Ma pattern Dok Tang  pattern, etc.
