Information
Built in the 13th-14th Buddhist centuries, Mueang Dong Lakorn is an ancient medium-sized city during the Dvaravati period. Evidence suggests that it was once a coastal port city. Later on, the Mueang Dong Lakorn Cultural Hall was established as a Dvaravati archaeological site, providing historical knowledge of the ancient community for students and the general public. The exhibition displays the ancient city of Muaeng Dong Lakorn's general condition, earthen dikes, excavated ruins, Persian pottery, glass beads and stone beads.
