Dhanabaadee Ceramic Museum was started from in 1955 Mr.E Simyo Saechin found kaolin clay in jae-hom district of Lampang province . He and his friends opened first ceramic factory in Lampang and produced Chicken Bowls selling throughout the country . They could make a lot of income and reputation for the province up to the present day. In 1965 He opened the factory and named it Dhanabadesakul. The factory produced mini-sauce dishes and traditional sweet cups, which traditional production and same material and baking in the Dragon Kiln . Currently, his daughter and son took off his business, developed as company. In 2012, they compiled the history of Lampang Ceramic and the legendary "Chicken Bowl of Dhanabaadee " in the form of museum . They are proud of Lampang products that is named the ceramic city in Thailand . Museum displays the demonstrating of traditional chicken bowl production in the past and modern production . The outstanding in the Dhanabaadee Ceramic Museum is Lampang ceramic production and the local technique of drawing patterns on a chicken bowl that is the only one in the country. Visitors can see the modern process of ceramic production that well-known around the world . It also shows the way of life ,the atmosphere of the production of mini-sauce dishes and traditional sweet cups ,Lampang ancient Dragon Kiln , the smallest chicken bowl in the world, golden chicken bowl, the world's first ceramic flute, ceramic water coasters, and work shop activities for tourists to draw patterns on their own ceramic cups and bring back home.
