. Huan Fong Kham Thawi Folk Museum, Lampang Province is located away from the temple. Phra That Chom Ping, about 300 meters. It is a personal museum and founded by "Teacher Somkid Inthaprom", formerly teacher Somkid used to be a caretaker of Wat Phra That Chom Ping Museum .Later It was inspired by his own work, love and interest in folk culture and worried that the folk wisdom would disappear . Therefore , he created a private museum at home with his own money. Teacher Somkid spent about 2 years working on it  for being a learning sources of local wisdom. Huan Fong Kham Thawi Folk Museum has display rooms as the following .

1. Local history Room  (Roots of Ancestor ) : Show  the history of Chom Ping, Gu Thung Sala, Gu Rong Teen Ja, History of Wat Phra That Chom Ping, History of Phra That Chom Ping Shadow ,Old photos of Ban Chom Ping (Muang Chompit Nakhon) and old photos of Lampang

2. Collection Room (Commitment and Patience) Show the collection of items such as Buddha statue , Papsa(Khoi book), talisman, Woven Bag ,currency, phone card, camera, stamp, calendar, ceramic etc.

3. Local wisdom Room (Het Hoy ancestors) Show the tools of rice farming, Tools Trapper, native music instruments ,Lanna toys Weaving tools ,Lanna Tool , etc.

4. Lanna-style bedroom (warm and comfortable) Show the Local Bedrooms , using local woven fabrics to cover mattresses, pillows and hand-sewn blankets and Fa Lai ( wooden louver door that having 2 layers for ventilate and open the air in the room).

5. Warm Kitchen (Im Kay Im Jai) Show the Lanna Cooking ,Soil Oven and ancient utensils.

6. Tung Jai Room (Mee Chai Mongkhon) Presents the story of Tung or Lanna flags both used in the auspicious event and in the misfortune event

7. The lamp Room (Sawang Sawai Ruangruang) Displays beautiful lanterns of Lanna

8. Romyen Room (Yu Yen Pen Suk ) Presents Lanna's  umbrellas.

9. Barber room (Kon Ni Yom Chom Chob ) The homeowner made as a career along with the government service that was the routine  work.
