Baanboon Museum was founded in 2001 to propagate Buddhism in the form of an exhibition of important Buddhist festivals. Some of the proceeds will be donated to charitable agencies and organizations. The exhibitions are divided into floors. The first floor: Naga Nagaraj, featuring stories of the largest Naga in the world. There are valuable objects related to Nagas such as Phra Khan (a kind of dagger), Trident, Nagaraj gems which weigh over 100 kg, Naga’s metal charm and Naga’s crest etc. The second floor is the museum of Ganesh which houses Ganesh statues in different postures and various god statues. The exhibition also features valuable items related to Ganesh, a beautiful and magnificent painting of Ganesh in 32 postures and the principle Ganesh statue, which is exquisite and sacred. The third floor is a museum of scholars which enshrines icons of Buddhist disciples, Buddhist scholars from 4 regions, Muneenart hermit, Chinese Gods, Jatukam Rammathep talisman and paintings of Thai kings etc. with impeccable master-level art. The fourth floor is a museum of Buddha images. There are sacred Buddha images replicated from 9 countries and sacred Buddha images replicated from 77 provinces of Thailand. Each is housed on a pedestal. The Buddha images are displayed according to their regions, with description plates.

With private car: From Victory Monument, take road number 1 to Soi Ladprao 31. Drive to Chandrakasem District, go straight northeast to Phayathai Road. Then take exit number 1 at the roundabout to road number 1. Then turn right to Soi Paholayothin 2. Use the right channel, slight left to road number 31. Then take the exit number 9 to Saphan Kwai / Ladprao. Drive to road number 336, then turn left to Soi Ladprao 31. The destination is on the right.
By bus: Bus lines 126, 136, 178, 179, 185, 191, 206, 529 (Drop at the label in front of Lat Phrao Concete Products Company Limited. Drive to Ratchadapisek Soi 30 and go straight to Ratchadaphisek Soi 31, the destination is on the right).
