Information
Bangkok Commemoration Museum was founded in 1882 to collect the history and masterpieces made on the occasion of the 100th, 150th and 200th anniversary of Bangkok to be a source of learning for all Thais. The museum showcases the history of celebrations and anniversaries of Bangkok by exhibiting products, souvenirs, documents, event pictures and photos. These items are important to all four anniversaries, namely, the first anniversary of Bangkok in 1785 (Thai minor era of 1147), secondly, the 100th anniversary, thirdly, the 150th anniversary in 1932, and the latest celebration the 200th anniversary in 1982.

Getting There
With private car: From Victory Monument, take Ratchavithi Road to Din Dang Road. Slight left and drive along Ratchadaphisek Road. Keep left at Klong Nam Kaew. Go straight, then turn right to Ladprao Road. Then turn left, drive to Soi Lad Prao 43 split 2 (Soi Santhikam) for 170 m. The destination is on the left. Estimated distance 10.9 km.
By bus: Bus lines 1, 35, 3, 6, 75, 93 and air-conditioned bus line 9.
