Information
Banlaoreung is an old wooden house which has been transformed into a museum displaying the history of Prachin Buri, stories about the way of life, tradition and culture, as well as wisdom about herbs of Prachinburi locals’. It is also a place for conveying stories from older generations to new ones using herbs as the link to hold people in the community. There are many activities, such as, the elderly telling stories, herbal learning base, student performances, exhibitions on information and knowledge in the house and various workshop activities around the house etc. There are also boards providing knowledge about herbs and exhibitions of important people in history.

Getting There
With private car: From Bangkok, take Highway number 1 (Phahon Yothin). Then turn right to Highway number 305. Drive to Nakhon Nayok, then take Highway number 33 to Naresuan Roundabout (Distance for 160 km). Then turn right to Highway number 320. Drive for 8 km to Rat Damri Road. Go straight for 3 km, then turn right to Na Muang Road before Prachinburi Bridge. The destination is on the left.
