Information
Kham Yat Palace Ang Thong is an important archeological destination in Ang Thong. It stands out in the middle of rice fields and has traces of the beauty of fine arts and ancient architectural structures. Having been built in the Ayutthaya period, the palace now has only four walls, each 10 meters wide, 20 meters long. The walls are decayed by the ravages of time, but the architectural and fine art design can still be seen. Kham Yat Palace Ang Thong is an elevated one-floor structure. The roof is in ancient architectural style, very rarely seen nowadays.
