Information
The 7th Artillery Battalion of Phra Pinklao Military Camp established a museum on June 26, 2009 to commemorate His Majesty King Pinklao, who was Thailand’s Father of the Artillery, to be a center for praising his biography, and to be a historical center about battles for future generations to learn and be proud of the sacrifice their ancestors have made for the Thai nation. The museum holds a collection of stories about His Majesty King Pinklao and the visit of His Majesty King Bhumibol Adulyadej, Her Majesty Queen Sirikit and the royal family. There is also a display of military arms in the past.

With private car: From Bangkok, take Highway number 1 (Phaholyothin Road). Then turn left to Highway number 32 (Asia Road). Pass Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya - Ang Thong to Nakhon Sawan. Then take Highway number 117 to Phitsanulok. Then drive along Highway number 11 to Lampang, Lamphun to Chiang Mai. From the city center, drive along Chiang Mai - Samoeng Road. The destination is on the left.
