Information
Military Museum Camp Chakrapong is a European-style yellow building, situated in the area of Military Camp 12, the first military camp in Thailand. Later, the Fine Arts Department registered it as a conservation building and began to turn it into a museum to preserve this as a historical place for future generations. The exhibits cover two floors. The lower floor consists of a room displaying King Rama V’s statue. While the upper floor features the rooms of Prince Chakrabongse including his study and living room. The items displayed in various rooms in this museum were mostly utensils used in the military, such as European-style containers, all of which imprinted with the Thai Army seals.
