Information
Khon Kaen Culture Centre of Kanlayanawat School, under the Department of Cultural Promotion, the Ministry of Culture, was founded in 1986 by Mrs. Dusadee Pongsart as a source of information on culture. The purpose is to cultivate and encourage people to follow the desired values and to develop them to have ethics and love for their local culture. There is a permanent exhibition on culture, traditions, religion and also activities to propagate Buddhism and Thai culture. There are also Thai manner training courses for Kanlayanawat School students and camps about Thai manners.

Getting There
With private car: From Bangkok, take Highway number 1 (Paholayothin Road) to Saraburi at the kilometre number 107. Then turn right to Highway number 2 (Mittraphap Road). Pass Nakhon Ratchasima until reaching Khon Kaen, the destination is inside Kulayanavat School.
By bus: Air-conditioned of Transport Company Limited and private companies from Bangkok to Khon Kaen line. The bus leave from Northern Bus Terminal (Mo Chit 2, Kamphaengphet 2 Road). Bus daily service available many times. Estimated distance 7 hours.
By train: Take the train from Bangkok Train Station (Hua Lamphong) to Khon Kaen. Train service available everyday (Fast and express car). It takes about 8-9 hours.
By plane: Flights of Bangkok to Khon Kaen available everyday. It takes about 1 hour.
