Believing that the development of manpower and quality society is the foundation of the town's advancement, the Chachoengsao Municipality established a learning center as a means to create a favorable learning atmosphere for kids, youth and people. The place also serves as an alternative learning resource on Chachoengsao Province with integrated local and global knowledge.
The Center is divided into 9 zones as follows:
1. Children's Library: a fun learning venue perfect for kids' imagination
2. Music Library: a space for creative media like music and songs
3. Living Library: a variety of books and multimedia for the public's research
4. KCC Theatre: a modern theatre for movie screening and plays
5. Dream Square: a free space for activities
6. Talent Room: an exhibition room promoting knowledge, artworks and formidable creation
7. Our Home: a historical archive of Chachoengsao Town with animation media and giant touch-screen
8. Multimedia Zone: a space for diverse use of electronic media for learning and entertainment purposes
9. IT Library: a computer room with internet service and programs focusing on practicality from basic to professional levels

Getting There
- By car, take the Bangkok-Chonburi motorway (new route) and take the exit to Chachoengsao Province. Enter Bang Pakong-Chachoengsao Road (road no. 314) and continue on the left towards Maha Jakrapat Road (road no. 304). Go straight and once Chachoengsao Technical College appears on the left, stay on the left side and turn left to Nora Kij Alley (There are a 7-11 convenience store at the corner and Siam Commercial Bank on the opposite), the Knowledge Center of Chachoengsao will be located on the left.
- By bus, Bangkok-Chachoengsao normal and air-conditioned buses leave the Northern Bus Terminal (Mochit) daily. After arriving in Chachoengsao, take the local bus or taxi (Song Thaw) no.1613 in red, green and yellow.
