Information
Founded by Mr. Sathorn Soratprasopsanti, a textile lover and enthusiast of Hat Siao’s traditional handwoven textile, the Gold Textile Museum features a wide variety of antique textiles. For decades, Mr. Sathorn has collected antique garments as he realised these beauties will become extinct one day without proper conservation. His collections of antique textiles have grown and later brought about the establishment of the museum.
