Pha Jok Muang Long is a local arts and crafts of Long district, Phrae province that has been preserved for hundreds of years. It is a beautiful woven fabric with the insertion of delicate, colorful patterns and showing the Lanna people in a simple lifestyle, sweet and emotional mood  .Teacher Pranom Tapang is weaving artist who is famous in  fabric woven and honored in the outstanding culture at the national level in 1994 .She won in many woven international contests  especially the award winning contest arts and crafts products in silk fabric as the  folk pattern from Bang Sai Arts and Crafts Center. Pha Jok Muang Long Learning Center and Natural Indigo Dyeing founded on Wednesday, May 28, 2008, with the teacher Pranom Tapang as the chairman of the Center .The objective is  a center of  knowledge exchanging and upgrade the production of folk textile with dyeing indigo natural to more quality including as a source of  service and knowledge about production of Pha Jok Muang Long and natural dyeing . It is also making more income and build the strengthening community products .  Pha Jok Muang Long Learning Center and Natural Indigo Dyeing is divided into 3 parts: Part 1 Natural Indigo Dyeing Plant : Learning resources of  natural dyeing processes especially indigo dyeing, Natural Indigo Dyeing production , Indigo pot and dyeing process .

Part 2, Gao Muen Garden , Learning Resources  of natural dyeing process and natural dyed plants . There are more than 40 types of dyeing plants .Visitors will know about the plants and color  shades from each plants including useful  local herbs .

Demonstrating the process of fabric production and the display of fabric Long City and ancient woven fabrics in the museum by showing in 3rooms:

1)         History and performance room : Show the history and work of Mr. Pranom Tapap and members.

2)          Pha Jok Muang Long room : Performing a unique of Tai Jok fabrics ,ancient patterns, indigo dyed fabrics and special Tai Jok fabrics that has been awarded.

3)         Fabrics Room from neighboring countries :  Collection of  woven fabrics from other  local places, both in the country and neighboring countries , such as Jok fabrics from Mae Chaem, Lab Lae  and Tai Khrang, Ratchaburi and Tai Lue . Neighboring countries such as Laos, Myanmar, China etc . The Learning Center There is also a study tour service. watching the process of spinning cotton and weaving  Moreover the visitors can   learn and practice the dyeing and swirling procedures, also visit the ways of life, communities and places within the community. There is practical training, basic weaving courses, and selling local quality  Pha Jok Muang Long including  Jok fabric , Scarf, handkerchief, sarong, bag, cushion cover, necktie Bed cover, Sarong pattern, both cotton and silk
