Information
The museum was established in 1999, headed by Phra Khru Siripunyaphiwat, the abbot, with an aim to preserve folk heritage for students and the interested public to learn. Most of the items have been donated by community members.
The exhibitions are carried out in two buildings. The first one displays an old-fashioned kitchen, wickerware, rice measuring equipment, paddy-farming tools, animal traps, kitchen utensils and carpentry tools.The second building exhibits paddy rice farming instruments from seedlings, transplanting, harvesting, threshing to milling. Furthermore, different types of boats are also on display.
